S. Siems is a lady on
her way up to building
a career but getting to
the ladder has been far
from easy. It has required
grit, determination and
boundless faith in herself
and her abilities. Having
been in the recruitment
business since 1978, she
had seen the plight of
fellow Filipinos getting
a job abroad. There are
different agencies handling
the Overseas Filipino
Workers (OFWs) but they
are still not properly
taken cared of and protected.
The
running battle for an
agency to assist and protect
the OFWs continued until
Mrs. Siems realized that
she herself could put

was in the early eighties

agency Inspired by her
two daughters Dahlia
and Zennia,
Mrs. Siems thought that

good name for her recruitment
business.

as an employment agency,
